Interactive Strategies is looking for aSenior Manager, Strategic Communications & Growth,to play a key role in shaping how we tell our story and building lasting client relationships.
In this role, youll lead new business and marketing efforts that position Interactive Strategies as a trusted partner to prospective clients across sectors. From developing thoughtful proposals and presentations to guiding integrated marketing initiatives, youll help translate our expertise into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with prospective clients. Responsibilities
AsSeniorManager, Strategic Communications & Growth, you willbe responsibleforleadingbusinessdevelopment andmarketingefforts for thecompany.The roleencompassesthe followingcore responsibilities:
Business Development
- Qualify inbound leads and build new client relationships.
- Develop thoughtful proposals and presentations that include original strategic thinking and ideas.
- Work across teams (Strategy, Design, Content, Technology &Marketing) to develop detailed andaccurateprojectbudgetestimates.
- Maintain andimprove the library of proposal and presentation templates, keeping them up to date andrecommending improvements whereappropriate.
- Maintain relationships with clientsstablished
uring the new business process to foster account growth and support project teams.
- Collaborate across teams to continuously improve the use ofRM to capture client data,venue,reate email lists,nd manage client communications.
Marketing
- Lead cross-functional collaborative efforts to develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans across paid, earned,nd owned channels to broaden our IS brand awareness.
- Collect,nd report paid campaign performance data and make optimization recommendations to executive leadership on a quarterly basis.
- Lead weekly New Business & IS Marketing meeting to keep leadership informed on all active proposals,nd marketing efforts.
- Own the management of the IS organic/owned content editorial calendar.
- Manage annual award and directory submissions.
- Oversee the production of website content,ase studies,log posts,nd updates to general services pages.
- Manage the planning and execution of IS-hosted webinars.
- Identify speaking opportunities where key staff can present and help raise awareness of the company with potential clients.
- Identify nd attend networking events onnect with lients.
- Support the operations team in the planning of IS.
- Nurture partnerships with technology providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,usiness,ield
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing usiness development
- Strong writing,nd presentation skills are critical
- Organized,omfortable managing multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word,igma
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot s Teamwork plus
- A proactive,ollaborative working mindset
- Sound judgement willingness to learn dapt to evolving business needs
